What businesses ask us
How long does on-site sampling take?
For drinking water, roughly 15–20 minutes per tap once on site — a typical two-tap visit is about 45 minutes door to door. Trade-waste, Legionella and recreational sampling vary with the number of points; we confirm the expected time with your quote.
What happens if a result exceeds the guideline or agreement limits?
Your report explains what was found, what it means, and the typical next steps a property would consider. We don't sell remediation, treatment products or filters, so the recommendations are independent. What you do with the result is your decision — we're here if you'd like to discuss the report.
Do you offer ongoing or periodic testing?
Yes. Many commercial clients test on a recurring basis — annually is common, semi-annually for higher-risk properties, and more frequently for trade-waste and Legionella monitoring. We can structure ongoing arrangements with priority scheduling and consistent reporting. Mention it in your enquiry and we'll scope it.
